Dome Ordering Details

When you order from Littlewood Domes via our website, your orders are safe and secured by PayPal. PayPal’s industry-leading fraud prevention measures and our ordering methods keep your financial information private and make us a safe way to pay online. PayPal also simplifies the online payment form making it easier to use.

If you order by phone, we will confirm your understanding of the product and delivery terms. It may take one to three days for our shipping broker to find the best deal for shipping internationally.

With your deposit of 50% we will proceed to build your custom design or package your stock order.

When the balance is sent by PayPal, bank transfer or cheque, the finished product is delivered into the hands of the assigned carrier with your shipping instructions and contact information securely fastened to or written on the crate.

When the product arrives at your local terminal, you will be contacted by the shipper to pick up your package or arrangements will be made to ship it to your door.

Shipping Details
Littlewood Domes ships many items by UPS.Otherwise we entrust this service to Cole International who elist the most reputable carriers. They also act as a character referance for shippers like ourselves. Packages are constantly tracked and a client can find out where it is at any time.

We pay extra where this results in superior service in the secure handling of your purchace. Shipping Crates are fully sheathed and brightly marked to stand out in a warehouse. Use of more than one carrier is avoided to prevent confusion.

Large shipments are sub packaged so that it is possible to hand transfer in reasonable time. We expect that many of our customers will make the final delivery with a pickup truck.

Guarantee
We use only the best available materials and workmanship to deliver you a product that you will be happy with and will reflect well upon our family name. Our past customers are our best guarantor. If you choose a custom design or material and find any problem, tell us! This is our only means of constanly improving the quality of our product. Custom contsructions are test assembled in our yard to ensure proper fit and finish and then dissassembled for shipping. We also offer on site supervision at a resonable rate.
